If the email still does not appear, ask your point of contact to resend the payout invitation.

Payout Methods and Delivery

5 answers

Which withdrawal methods can I use?

The methods shown during withdrawal are the methods currently available for your country, currency, payout amount, and local requirements. Options may include PayPal, bank transfer, card, Payoneer, AirTM, crypto, or gift cards, depending on availability.

Why can’t I see the payout method I expected?

A method may not be available for your location, currency, payment amount, or verification requirements. Choose from the methods shown.

How long will my payment take to arrive?

Timing starts after you submit your withdrawal. These are typical estimates, not guarantees:

  • PayPal: about 5 minutes
  • Local bank transfer: usually 1–3 days
  • International bank transfer (SWIFT): about 3 days
  • Other available methods: varies by country and payment provider

Bank holidays, extra verification, or incorrect payment details can cause delays.

My payment is taking longer than expected. What should I do?

First compare the time elapsed with the delivery estimate and allow for bank holidays or additional verification. Check your email for requests or status updates from Grade or the payment provider. If the expected window has passed, reach out to Grade Support with the withdrawal date, method, and any status or error message you see.

Can I change my withdrawal method?

Before you submit the withdrawal, choose any method displayed in the payout flow.

If you already submitted the withdrawal, it cannot be changed.

If a withdrawal method failed, follow any instructions emailed to you or contact Grade Support.

Incorrect Details and Failed Withdrawals

What if I entered the wrong bank details?

Incorrect banking details may delay the payment or cause the transfer to fail. Contact Grade Support and explain that the banking information is incorrect. If you already submitted the withdrawal, do not keep retrying or create another claim.

What should I do if my withdrawal method failed?
  • Check your email for next steps from Grade or the payment provider.
  • Follow the retry or correction instructions shown, if any.
  • If there are no instructions, or the problem continues, contact Grade Support with the method used, the withdrawal date, and the exact error message.

Creators Under 18 and Parent or Guardian Payments

3 answers

Can I receive a Grade payment if I am under 18?

The recipient must meet the age-of-majority requirements where they live. If you do not, a parent or legal guardian may need to accept the payment, complete verification, and use the guardian’s own banking information.

What if I need to change the payment to a parent or legal guardian?

Stop before completing verification or entering banking information. Reach out to your point of contact and explain that the payout needs to be handled by a parent or legal guardian.

Can my parent or guardian use my banking information?

No. When a parent or legal guardian must receive the payment, they will need to complete verification and use their own banking information.
